About Course

This online workshop helps adolescents understand how their thoughts influence emotions and behaviour. Based on cognitive-behavioural principles and mindfulness approaches, it supports students in recognizing negative thought patterns and developing more constructive thinking. Through guided activities and discussion, participants explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, strengthening emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.
