About Course
This workshop supports adolescents in exploring identity, self-image and self-respect through reflection, discussion and creative activities. Students reflect on personal values, strengths and social influences while discussing stereotypes, belonging, and self-expression. Through guided activities and worksheets, the resource encourages self-awareness, empathy and respectful communication. It can be used in classroom discussions, wellbeing workshops and personal development activities.
