About Course

This worksheet is part of the #ToSemJaz online platform and focuses on self-image and the impact of social media on young people’s wellbeing. Through guided reflective questions, it encourages adolescents to think critically about their social media use, comparison with others, and the importance of likes and followers. It also provides practical strategies to reduce negative effects of social media and strengthen positive self-concept.
